There’s no I in team and that old adage holds true at the Portola Hotel & Spa here in beautiful Monterey, California. Every so often, we like to take the opportunity to highlight some of the amazing members that make up the team at the Portola Hotel. Today, we would like to introduce our Central Coast Living Blog fans to Amy Gibson, CMP Director of Catering & Conference Services; Eddie Guice, Catering & Convention Service Manager; & Paige Ettin, Catering & Convention Service Manager.

Paige Ettin, Catering & Convention Service Manager
California Native, by way of Petaluma, Paige moved to the Monterey Peninsula to attend California State University, Monterey Bay in 2009. After graduation, and falling in love with the area, Paige and her husband decided to make it their home and she joined the Portola Hotel & Spa team in 2015 as Food & Beverage Coordinator, moving to the Catering Department in 2017. Outside of the hotel, Paige dances with and works on the Board of Directors for SpectorDance in Marina, California.
