A Must Try Summer Cocktail from Jacks Lounge

 Meet Tuyet. Tuyet bartends at Jacks Lounge inside the Portola Hotel & Spa located in downtown Monterey.  She loves what she does and is a fabulous mixologist!  Mix up one of Tuyet’s recommended Jacks Lounge cocktails and taste a bit of PEARadise with the following fruity recipe.

WHAT YOU NEED

1 1/2 oz. Pear Vodka

3/4 oz. St. Germaine

1 oz. Fresh Pineapple

1/2 oz. Fresh Lime

Lime Wheel

Shaker & Strainer

Martini Glass

  Ingredients and drink

HOW YOU MAKE IT

 1. Muddle pineapple.

 Muddling

 2. Combine all ingredients in martini shaker.

 3. Shake well.

 Shake it up

 4. Strain into martini glass.

 5. Garnish with lime wheel.
